This machine is a medium size robot ideally suited to handling work. The ABB IRB 3000 has an excellent payload of 30 kg and a good reach of 1.8m with a small footprint. This maens that is ideally suited to small and medium size factories where space is at a premium. The M93A S3 controller manufactured in 1993 was the last and best of the S3 controllers and is very stable, simple to use and yet very capable. Easily intergrated for handling, pick and place, machine tending and many other application the IRB 3000 is a very useful machine.
