ABB IRB 1400 S4C Welding Cell (robot serial No. 14-11447)

This is a complete ABB welding cell complete with S4C M98 IRB 1400 robot serial number 14-11447, ESAB weld unit and an ABB IRBP 250K manipulator.

The robot has a build date of 1999-08-18 and has 18654 hours recorded.

The robot is equipped with an ESAB LRA 400 MIG/MAG wed unit in the bottom of the cabinet and associated weld interface in the top. The robotic arm has the A314 wire feed unit fitted. The cabinet also has one DSQC 328 digital I/O board and external axis SMB. To complete the set up there is also the weld torch, bulls-eye, torch cleaner and an ESAB OCE 2H water cooler.
 
The cell has a lot of guarding and cabling etc that is associated with it and was originally built by ABB UK.

The ABB IRBP 250K manipulator is a true 7th axis manipulator allowing full co-ordination between the manipulator and the robot arm itself.
